These photos of Annapolis, Maryland from the 1930s show the classic skipjack oyster fleet. The dome of the Maryland State Capital Building and the United States Navel Academy can be seen in the background of some of the photos. The photos were taken by F. Slade Dale on one of his Emma C. Berry cruises. The Berry is now moored at the Mystic Seaport Museum located in Mystic, Connecticut.

This series of photos of the Annapolis Pottery were taken in the early 1970s. The pottery is still in operation and located near the state capital building in the historic downtown district.
